High School Passport to the Future

Along the same line as the original Kids at Hope Passport to the Future, but aimed at the high school student.  This passport helps the teen think and plan for their travels through life.  It gives a synopsis of the four destination points - home & family; education & career; community & service; and hobbies & recreation.  The passport is designed to be completed with the support of parents/teachers/ leaders giving space to describe the skills, talents and intelligences necessary to be successful as an adult at each of the destinations, along with room to describe and plan for their future, including goal planning.  It looks and feels like a real passport, but concentrates on the journey through life, focusing the teen on his/
her future.
