At Kidsathope.org, shipping and handling charges are based on the following:

• The delivery option you choose
  
• The weight, size and dimensions of your items

Local Customers:

If you reside in the Metropolitan Phoenix area you have the option of placing your order by phone, fax or email and picking up your order at our office to avoid shipping charges.  If you prefer to order products this way, please call or email Kim at 602-674-0026 or kim@kidsathope.org

You’ll see your shipping cost listed on the Delivery Information page in Checkout. After reviewing the page, you can submit your order.

Ground shipping through UPS will arrive within 7-10 business days.

Estimated Shipping Dates

We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment.

Our estimated shipping dates are always a range of dates. It's entirely possible for an item that hasn't shipped by the beginning of the date range to still arrive within our stated delivery estimate.


Why Don't I See Faster Shipping Options?

Only one shipping option can be selected per order. To select different shipping options, please consider placing separate orders.

Note: Some items can't be expedited due to a product's size, weight, or vendor constraints. Some items in your cart may be able to be expedited if ordered separately.


Shipping Restrictions

Products at Kidsathope.org can be shipped to all 50 states. We cannot ship internationally, nor do we ship to U.S. Protectorates, Guam or the Virgin Islands. All shipping addresses must be a street address – we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
